30 Day Self Care Challenge 
  • Watch your favourite movie
  • Have a bubble bath 
  • Do a puzzle 
  • Read a book and enjoy a warm drink
  • Colour or draw
  • Do your nails 
  • Treat yourself- a bar of chocolate, buy that T-shirt you wanted.....
  • Do a face mask- buy one or make a face mask
  • Go for a walk

  • Dance around your room
  • Pamper yourself
  • Do a random act of kindness for someone 
  • Listen to music or a podcast 
  • Text or phone a friend you haven't talked to in a while
  • Write in a journal/start a journal
  • Try something new today
  • Buy cookies or cupcakes and decorate them
  • Make a list of all the things you are grateful for 
  • Bake something 

  • Do something creative 
  • Write a love letter to yourself
  • Try out a different hair style
  • De-clutter your bedroom (or another room)
  • Sing a song
