Avengers: Endgame|| My Thoughts & Ratings 🍿

Not that long ago I would have very quickly turned down watching this sort of movie because I was so sure I wouldn't be interested in them, and I used to be very particular about the films I liked to watch. But with a lot of pushing from my dad and brother, and comments about movies from one of my best friends, I finally gave in and decided to give them a try. And I for sure had been missing out, even though I haven't seen many of them yet at all. But because of this I now have a lot of movies I need to catch up on, so if anyone is up for a long movie night hit me up!

I haven't seen any of the other Avengers movies, because of my selective choices of movies, so I must admit I was a little lost in some parts of the movie as they referenced the previous movies in this one. But I really enjoyed the movie, and I really need to watch the others. It's always entertaining going to the cinema, but I wasn't expecting to actually enjoy the movie as much as I did. And even though it was clear it would be a very popular movie, I don't think we-my brothers, dad, and I, really expected the cinema to be so packed. In fact I don't ever remember going to the cinema that full of people before.

I know a lot of people who read my posts haven't seen the movie yet, so I will try my best to not give any spoilers away. But if you haven't seen it, you really should. I'm sure you won't regret it.

The movie was great. It was very gripping and I really started to love the characters as the story developed, even though I must admit I didn't really know who most of them really were, as the story developed, and I have been hooked on watching clips and behind the scenes videos since seeing the movie. I really find the behind the scenes and the making of many movies really interesting, and this one was defiantly one of those movies as there was just so much happening and the effects were amazing.

The movie was 3 hours long, and honestly watching it didn't feel that long at all.

The story follows from Avengers: Infinity War, which I really need to watch. The story is how the world is in ruins and Thanos has disintegrated half of all life on earth and the Avengers unite together again to try and restore things back to how they were, with all the trials and tribulations.

This movie throws a whole load of feelings over the viewer. So much happened, and a lot that I really didn't expect to happen.

I had a lot of favourite scenes, but one of my favourites was when they were fighting Thanos and how they all got together. And I loved how the women joined together. Many of the time travel scenes I really liked too. But, honestly, I really feel I need to watch it again to really take it all in.

I have a lot favourite characters from the movie. One of my favourites was Ant-Man, played by Paul Rudd, and I loved him in Friends too, which is one of my all time favourite TV Series. I also really like Iron Man, Peter Parker, and Bruce Banner. Thor was really funny and I loved many of his scenes. I liked Captain America too but the ending kind of confused me a little when it came to him.

In fact the ending in general was something I didn't expect and was a little sad.

There were a couple parts of the movie that confused me, but I guess that's because I just need to be caught up with all the movies and then come back and re-watch it.

But overall, what did I think of the movie?

I loved it. I loved the characters, all the cast were amazing, the special effects were great. I really find it fascinating how these movies were created and all the time that is put into creating them.

I rate the movie a 8/10.

And I defiantly recommend it if you haven't seen it already, and loved the other movies.

Now, who is down to have a long movie night with me?!

So, have you seen the movie?
What did you think?
I'd love to know...
