Guest post: A Wrinkle in Time Movie Review

This post is a movie review, but its a guest post by an amazing friend of mine. After reading her movie review, and watching the trailer, I have to admit I really want to watch it too.

Intro
The other day I went to the cinema with my sister on the Eighth of March. I know!
What is even better way to celebrate International women’s Day?
We saw A Wrinkle in Time. It is American Disney Film.
I’m not going to get away very much because
I absolutely understand that a lot of people haven’t seen that yet.
 I’d like to share my thoughts on this film and give you a brief review.

My general impression
The second we left the cinema I felt so inspired.
My body felt like it was growing wings
and I was ready to take off any seconds and fly high like a bird!
Maybe I’m saying totally stupid things but it felt like something surreal.
I’d rate this film this way…
The story 10/10,
The cast 10/10
And music 9/10
Would I recommend this film?
Absolutely!
The story is brilliant itself.
The film is about love in everything around you and the light in every single
human being. Basically the idea was to show that when
person opens up and lets love in- the real life begins.
Furthermore, it tells the story of people being defeated by evil
such as anger, envy, greed, etc. and how love and the light can help in that case.
Speaking about the cast
I couldn’t even expect anything better!
Every single one of them is marvellous.
Seeing all of these talented people gathered together made me feel overwhelmed,
in a good way of course.
Soundtracks
The first song which comes across my mind when
I think about this film is ‘Magic’ by Sia.
However, there are a lot of great tunes…
Currently you can stream those soundtracks on
Apple Music but there are some which aren’t available yet.
Unfortunately, I have no information about other
streaming platforms as in my country there is only Apple Music available.
To sum up,
I’d say that A Wrinkle in Time
will make you happy if you feel down.
This film will inspire everyone who needs that.
It’ll open up the whole new world of opportunities for you!

Lost In Paris?! - Storytime

I can't remember the year I went to this school, but I went to a school near to where I live which was bilingual. There were students from across Europe but most students were Swiss. I didn't like my main class teacher very much but I am not going to be talking about class. Instead, today, I am going to talk about our school trip to Paris, France. The French class I was in my brother was part of too, which had its positives and negatives, which I also won't go into but our class was small because we were one of the "learning french as foreign students" class. It was a warm spring day and outside the birds were singing. Jessica stood alone in the cold and dim underground station, after spending the Saturday morning shopping, in London, with her friends, and waited for the train to come. The world seemed to be at peace, but Jessica felt strange, as if something bad was about to happen. Something bad.
