I Hope You All Had A Good Christmas... 🎄

 I hope you all had a good Christmas, even though I am sure things were very different this year than it has been for previous years. 


My Christmas Day consisted of a lot of delicious food, made by my mum, sister and brother in law, Christmas songs played on full volume, a lot of excitement from my little niece, card games, and trying to watch a movie which didn't go very well...


And we all ate so much chocolate. We still have so much chocolate left. I think we will have enough chocolate for many weeks to come.


We didn't have a snowy Christmas Day, but I hear that there is meant to be snow over the following days. I just hope there won't be tons of snow when I go back to work because I don't fancy walking through the snow or along the icy roads. 


And this was our homemade Christmas Pudding, made by my mum, which we ended our evening with. It was delicious!! 
Hmmm...thinking about it now, I really want some more!!

Oh, and this year, when it comes to Christmas music, I have fallen in love with Pentatonix. I love them. I will defiantly be listening to them on repeat for the following weeks..or months!!

Not that long ago I would have very quickly turned down watching this sort of movie because I was so sure I wouldn't be interested in them, and I used to be very particular about the films I liked to watch.But with a lot of pushing from my dad and brother, and comments about movies from one of my best friends, I finally gave in and decided to give them a try. Lost In Paris?! - Storytime

I can't remember the year I went to this school, but I went to a school near to where I live which was bilingual. There were students from across Europe but most students were Swiss. I didn't like my main class teacher very much but I am not going to be talking about class. Instead, today, I am going to talk about our school trip to Paris, France. The French class I was in my brother was part of too, which had its positives and negatives, which I also won't go into but our class was small because we were one of the "learning french as foreign students" class. So, for this camp there were about six students and my main class teacher came along too, of course, and my English teacher, which was not the same English teacher as my brother. It was a warm spring day and outside the birds were singing. Jessica stood alone in the cold and dim underground station, after spending the Saturday morning shopping, in London, with her friends, and waited for the train to come. The world seemed to be at peace, but Jessica felt strange, as if something bad was about to happen. Something bad. She just couldn't think what it was.  Suddenly, just as the train was pulling in, Jessica saw a flicker of something black to the right side of her. She shrugged, and got onto the packed train.  Surprisingly, she found an empty seat beside a young man, of about twenty.
